“Our experience with Diamond Contracting was flawless from start to finish. Our renovation process was a rather lengthy one. Most time was spent trying to find the right contractor/designer. After talking with three reputable contractors and four distinguished designers, we decided that Diamond was the best fit for us for many reasons.

The first reason was that Kendall listened with an open mind to achieve the look of our dreams. Instead of steering away from our dream, she refined it in ways that we never thought were possible.

Another reason was that they were extremely accommodating with us living in the house. They did a very good job of making us feel comfortable with no disturbance to our lifestyle. With a project of this magnitude, communication is key. We received weekly updates on what was to be happening in the house. This made living in the house very easy.

The Diamond team and other trade teams that came into the house were all very professional. We believe that this stems from how the company is run. Regardless of who was working in our house, they were all held to a very high standard set by Sheldon and Kendall.

There were two instances which perfectly described our experience with Diamond Contactors. One day, Sheldon came over to our house to take a look at the progress and saw something he didn't like. He then said "If it's not acceptable in my house then it's not acceptable in your house". Needless to say, it was corrected immediately. The other time was when one of the employees of one the trades said that "When we work in a Diamond house, the expectation level is very high."

Based on our experience, our children intend to use Diamond to bring their dream homes to life. We wholeheartedly recommend Diamond Contracting.

“We would like to thank you for planning, organizing, and successfully completing our bathroom renovation. Strong leadership is critical and it is easy to see why you have such a dynamic company. Your team did an amazing job.

Kendall, you seemed to grasp our vision on our first phone conversation.  Laura was attentive to our details when she visited to measure and take pictures. Chris and Kaylie were very knowledgeable on their site visit and answered all our questions.

Your project manager, Kaylie, was great at keeping us advised at each step throughout the renovation process. She helped us through the changes in picking out plumbing fixtures and adding the toilet without making us feel we had caused disruption in your schedule.

Jeremy and Braden were stars. They worked hard at protecting our floors and cleaning up after each step (which made a huge difference to us) and it was a pleasure having them in our house. After Jeremy installed the grab bars, it seemed to us the bars had always been there and his drywall repairs were clean and neat.  

Nick has exceptional tile setting skills and we will admire his work for as long as we own this house. Danen clearly demonstrated a quality all your staff emulated. He cared about the process and the finished project.

When I first decided to do a complete renovation of my entire condo I was very nervous about hiring a contractor as I had heard some horror stories. However, from our first meeting I felt comfortable with your knowledge and expertise. The plans you came up with were incredible. You gave me a time frame of eight weeks and it was met, which I commend you for.

Chris was an absolute gem to work with and always made sure everything was cleaned up each day. In fact, all of your employees, trades people, etc. were so friendly and helpful whenever I had questions for them.

In doing research for my master bathroom and kitchen renovations, I interviewed 6 other contractors who didn't meet the quality and the standards that I needed.

Going through a renovation is a hands-on lesson in change management. Very soon in the process I realized that I hired the best skill set and the entire team brought additional positive personal characteristics and team work that continued to amaze me on a daily basis. I soon realized I hadn't just hired a team for renovation's, but also respect, credibility, adaptability and a continual reassurance that the right things were happening at the right time. Sheldon’s team brings a dynamic that is rare in today's society.

Working through the design and many other details with Kendall was an absolute pleasure. She is a highly skilled designer and provided me with ongoing knowledge and assistance in decision making.
